2023 midsummer extraction in all its golden glory: all of our honey is completely raw wildflower honey.
This honey is produced by a fellow beekeeper from our community here in the Cotswolds and is now available to purchase through By The Hedge until our own fair hives reawaken in the Spring.

Please note the honey you receive may differ in colour and texture from the jars photographed; it is a completely natural and unadulterated product that will vary with each exctraction, just as the seasons do!

INGREDIENTS: 100% honey. Natural product. Crystallisation, otherwise known as granulation, may naturally occur over time. It is not recommended for infants under the age of 12 months' old.
GRANULATION & CRYSTALLISATION \\
Crystallisation (otherwise known as granulation) is a completely natural process which occurs over time. The natural sugars in honey (glucose and fructose) will bind together and begin to form little crystals, which causes your honey to set. Some honey will begin to crystallise faster than others and some may set with different textures, but it's all part of the process and is doesn't make the honey any less delightful to eat!
