LAMB & HOGGET \\ WHOLE BOX
We are thrilled to now be taking orders for our LAMB BOXES which will be available for collection from Chipping Norton in April / May 2024.
We take great pride in the health and wellbeing of our flock: they are slow grown, grass fed and reared wholly outdoors on pasture banks and orchards in West Oxfordshire and the North Cotswolds. HOGGET - some of our lamb will be considered hogget, which simply means it was at least 12 months old showing the slow grown nature of our produce is truly that!
Each whole box will receive a range of cuts which will typically include the following but may vary:-
- Leg joint(s)
- Shoulder joint(s)
- Rolled breast
- Chops
- Kidneys
- Offal (optional)
Please note that final weights may vary. Each box will arrive pre-packed, labelled and ready for the freezer.
NON-RETURNABLE
Owing to the seasonal nature of our lamb / hogget boxes, orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once a pre-order or order is placed. We hope you understand and thank you for your consideration.
